FEATURES: Renovated bright and open, it is located on the pristine, clean & private spring-fed Little Lake. Excellent for water activities including swimming, boating, fishing, and water skiing. Amazing warm, clean, sandy beach with a gradual walk out into the water. No weeds or rocks! It is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine, swimming, and time with the family. Perfect for infants all the way to elders as the property is flat. Experience your outdoor summer meals on the Broil King BBQ grill or sit by the fire pit, or even enjoy your meals on the floating dock picnic table. Kayaks, fishing boat (motorized), paddle boarding, or even the paddle boat to take around the lake. Children can enjoy playing in the sand infron of the beach. Experience fire pit by the water for evening chit chat, smores and star gazing! "small" dogs welcome (20 pounds or less).

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Volleyball net, 2 kayaks, fishing boat, paddle board, 4-seat paddle boat with a canopy, motorized boat (proof of license required – $125/day), hammock, swing, bike, high-speed internet, fully furnished kitchen – including coffee maker, microwave, stove, toaster, dishes & utensils, satellite cable/television, games, floating dock with a picnic with a trolley motor, gazebo, picnic table/umbrella, Broil King BBQ, Muskoka chairs, a badminton net & accessories.
New ductless air conditioner/heater unit, (making those hot evenings very comfortable) newer rattan patio set with cushions, newer silhouette blinds, saucer swing

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: This cozy 2 bedroom cottage includes a bunkie, accomodating a maximum of 6 people. There is a double and queen bed in the two cottage bedrooms and a double sofa bed with a single trundle twin pull-out in the Bunkie. (all new mattresses) The Bunkie is bright and clean with electricity, lighting, and a big picture window overlooking the water

WHAT'S CLOSE BY: Downtown Brighton is a short 10-minute drive from the cottage where you can find cozy cafes & restaurants. Local marina Local shopping includes the popular farmers market (Sundays 10-2 pm), fresh produce & handmade crafts Grocery store, banks & all your essential needs. Concerts in the park – Wednesday nights! 30 minutes to Wine County and Sand Banks- hiking, cycling, birding at provincial Presqu'ile Park
