Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to keep the peaceful Tahoe vibe. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The hot tub is available for your enjoyment — please avoid bringing glass near it. Trash must be placed in the bear-proof bins outside. The indoor fireplace is available for use — please follow safety instructions. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
