2 bedrooms Then you are spoilt for choice between two new cosy and comfortable bedrooms, the Fernblick bedroom with electric box-spring bed, where you can watch the sunrise over the mountains from your bed in the morning and hear the birds chirping with the patio door open, or the Ammertal bedroom with terrace exit and extra-high orthopaedic mattresses, where you can watch a nice film on the Smart TV or a DVD at the end of the day. If you have to work on holiday, you can enjoy the view of the morning sun at your desk by the window while you work. In both bedrooms you will find Swiss stone pine pillows for a pleasant sleeping climate. As the Ammertal bedroom is separated from the wellness bathroom by a small corridor, the flat is also ideal for families of friends. Everyone in the flat has enough privacy.
Children's room Your children are sure to enjoy the fully furnished children's/playroom Traumland with a desk for colouring, crafting, playing, gaming or even learning and an unusual, extra-wide (1.40 m wide at the bottom, 0.90 m wide at the top) loft bed, which is a wonderful place to relax with a good book. Young children really enjoy it when their mum or dad reads them a story in bed in the evening. There is plenty of room for this on the 1.40 m wide bed. The private terrace exit is also something very special for the little ones.

Your children can play carefree in the garden and you don't have to worry about running into the "neighbour's garden" because of the 1 m high wooden fence to the neighbours. Straight ahead from the terrace, the view of the Ammertal valley and the mountains is not obstructed by a fence. As the neighbouring property straight ahead is not built on, you have a wonderful view. Supervision is therefore necessary for very small children.

Wheelchairs The flat is not handicapped accessible, but it is senior/disabled friendly. As there are a few steps at the entrance area, we provide a terrace door ramp for wheelchair users on request. So it is possible (in snow-free times) to drive through the garden gate over the evening terrace / breakfast terrace into the flat. There is enough space in the flat for a wheelchair. Small wheelchairs can enter the floor-level shower (shower stool available). Large wheelchairs can easily access the spa bath for washing. The bathtub is lowered for easier access. We will be happy to provide you with the remote control for the electric box-spring bed on request. We are also happy to answer any questions in advance of your booking.
