From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and an office space. You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the heated pool, overlooking the sea. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds (1,80mx2,00m). There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace. The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV. Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 m² pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture. The house is equipped with WiFi access. Parking space available — two cars can easily be parked on site.
The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere. Five bedrooms have direct sea views and one bedroom has views of the small harbor and a small part of the sea view. PLEASE NOTE: The villa has 4 floors in 2 units. Each unit has 2 floors that are connected by internal stairs. Units are connected by external stairs.

There are two fully equipped kitchens. In every kitchen is a Filter Coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine.
